QB88 Terms & Conditions – Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

QB88 reserves the right to decline or cancel any individual's registration at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Should QB88 determine that your registration information is false or misleading, your account will be closed immediately and any existing balance may be forfeited.

The minimum deposit is RM10 and is processed within seconds upon successful verification. For withdrawals, QB88 will process requests within 30 minutes to 2 hours for standard requests during business hours. Withdrawal conditions that must be observed:

• Requesting a withdrawal before your rollover is complete will result in the cancellation of your bonus and any bonus winnings;
• Using arbitrage or opposing bets (dutching) to fulfil rollover requirements is prohibited and may result in the bonus being voided.

For Sports Bonuses, qualifying bets that count toward the rollover requirement must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 per market. Bets placed at odds below 1.50 will not count toward fulfilling the rollover requirement, even if the bet wins.

All sports bets on QB88 are subject to general sports rules and the specific rules established for each sport or match. By placing a bet, you agree that:

• Any attempt to manipulate or cheat the betting system, including through deliberate arbitrage or the use of insider information, is strictly prohibited.

For casino games, all game outcomes are determined by an independently audited random number generator (RNG) or by live game results broadcast in real time. Results are final unless there is evidence of a verified technical malfunction confirmed by QB88 within 48 hours of the game concluding.

QB88 reserves the right to suspend or void any bet or game suspected of involving fraud, manipulation, or a breach of the rules, without prior notice.

QB88 members are prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, balance confiscation, and legal action where necessary:

• Registering more than one QB88 account or assisting others in registering multiple accounts;
• Using false, borrowed, or stolen information during registration or the KYC process;
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting;
• Colluding with other players in casino games to cheat the platform or other players;
• Committing credit card fraud, falsifying transactions, or engaging in any form of financial fraud;

• Posting or sending offensive, obscene, threatening, or harassing content to the QB88 team or other members.

QB88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any Terms & Conditions set out in this document;
• Requirements or directives from regulatory bodies or law enforcement authorities;
• Activity suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Inability to verify a member's identity through the KYC process;
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the QB88 support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses whose conditions have not been met) will be returned to the member via the same payment method used for the last deposit.

Accounts inactive for 12 months will be subject to an administrative fee of RM5 per month until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by logging in. Members will be notified via their registered email before these fees begin to apply.

Under no circumstances shall QB88's maximum liability to any member exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
